Hello, on February 13th Fido changed my account number because of an internal billing problem, and I was told to register again into fido.ca and to re-activate my free Spotify Premium subscription through bit.ly/ActivateSpotify. After following these steps and getting the code to activate the Spotify Premium, when I try to log in into Spotify, the application tells me that my account is alredy associated to another phone number.
Do you know how can I fix it, and get my Spotify Premium account again?

Can you give us more details on what happened? Was there a plan change done or you simply lost access afterwards?

I am having a similar issue. I cancelled my fido account, and my wife and I have a family spotify account. I am trying to link our spotify account to my wife's Fido number now, but she is getting an error that the account is already linked to another number.
