My phone was disconnected due to missed payments which has been sorted, and everything is back to normal, except for spotify premium. When I go to fidohub and follow the steps I get the error message "ATTENTION! We ran into a bit of a problem and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again."
Its been persisting for nearly a week and I have no idea what to do. I cant find anyone with a similar problem on the forums so I have no idea if its an isolated problem.

The service is reactivated up to 48 hours after your line is restored.
Was your cell service restored less than 48 hours ago? (I see you mentioned it's been a week, but a week since you made the payment, or a week since your line was restrored?)

You could have lost the Spotify premium because you were in breach of an agreement for non-payment.
