Hi,

 

Find a hard time subscribing into Spotify Premium with my pulse plan.

Yes, I did all the steps but still it stopped at the same.

Here's a message I got when clicking the subscribe button, "Uh-oh. We ran into a bit of a problem and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again."

At which point are you getting that message? Did you get the code and are you connected to WiFi? If you are connected to WiFi you have to disconnect it.

So no replies? Will cancel my plan from Fido and will move to other network.
