Hi,
Find a hard time subscribing into Spotify Premium with my pulse plan.
@joan_amber Did you try any of the ways to get it activated here.
If you are getting any errors let us know what error message you are getting.
Yes, I did all the steps but still it stopped at the same.
Here's a message I got when clicking the subscribe button, "Uh-oh. We ran into a bit of a problem and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again."
So no replies? Will cancel my plan from Fido and will move to other network.
