Spotify Premium not working

I have recently got a fido pulse plan and I can't get my spotify premium to work. When I go to fidohub.ca and enter my phone number and the code I am given it then tells me to upgrade my plan to the pulse even though I'm pretty sure that I already have that plan. I would also like to know if it's possible to view my plan so I can make sure I have the pulse plan. Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having this issue. I have a pulse plan already but am not sure which one and the fido app doesn't say what plan I'm on for some reason.

I'm not exactly sure which plan I have. I know it was $45/ month and it included 200 minutes and 100Mb of data. If it's possible to check my plan I could do that but, I don't know how.

I just bought a new phone yesterday and it was activated with the pulse plan.

Not all Pulse plans include the Spotify Premium subscription.

 

Which plan did you sign up for?

Did you activate a line on a Pulse plan or did you change your plan to a Pulse plan? If you changed your plan to a Pulse plan, it sounds like the plan might be set to change on your next billing date, and it's not active yet.
