Hi,
I started my Fido plan about a month ago and was paying for Spotify Premium at the time. I followed the instructions, which said to cancel my premium and then go through Fido's links to have premium added to my account. I got a notice from Spotify today saying that my premium is expiring in 4 days and there's no credit on my account to continue. How do I activate Spotify Premium on my account? When I go back to the Fido Hub and click "Log In To Spotify", it says my device doesn't support Spotify now.

Edit: I want to mention that my phone is an iPhone 6 on the latest iOS with Spotify on it. It definitely supports Spotify.
