Spotify Premium - STILL not working

I have tried all the links that have been sent in this forum on all the threads I have viewed.

 

I am still getting this message

 

ATTENTION: This Spotify account is already associated with another phone number

 

I have canceled my existing subscription to Spotify, deleted the app, tried wifi on and off - nothing works.

 

I recieve the code just fine from the FIDO hub, but I can't get past this alert.


Can somone please assist me?
