Spotify Premium Reverted to Free After an Account Change

So last year I signed up for a Fido Pulse plan for two years for myself, and also had a monthly plan for my mom on my account (under my name). She decided that she no longer needed her plan and cancelled it, porting her number to a competitor. However, after she did that, I lost my premium Spotify - my account is now "free". I should still have Spotify Premium for another year as I am still paying for, and using my Fido Pulse plan (which should include Spotify Premium). Is there anyway to fix this and get my Spotify Premium back?

Do you think it could be related to your mom's account cancellation ? Maybe you've suscribed your Spotify membership with her plan ? :-0
