Spotify Already Have a Premium Account

How do I activate 6-month free spotify on my account on my desktop/phone etc?! I have already followed the steps as mentioned in the online article previously shared with me.

This has been nothing short of shoddy! I have seen so many articles on FIDO website over spotify and followed the instructions.

What happens when you go to fidohub.ca and register to set up your Spotify Premium service? Do you receive an error message?
