Hello,

I am trying to get the 6 months free subscription on spotify using my PULSE PLAN.

I followed the steps and received the code on my phone. By entering the code back to fidohub.com, it redirected me to a page where there is a big yellow SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON, once I click on it, I get the error message :

Sorry, your device is not supported by Spotify Premium and DAILY VICE.

Any help ?

lol I figured it out.

I didn't think that I have to do all this from my phone !

I thought I can do all these steps using my laptop and that's why I always got the error.

I tried following the steps on my phone and it worked.

That's pretty strange! What phone do you have?

Can you send us a screenshot of that error message?

So just to make sure we're on the same page here...you already have the free version on your phone and this is the error message you get when you try to switch it to the premium version that's included in your plan?
