Slow home internet speed

Hi,

 

I ordered for 60 mbps home internet on September 1 and received my modem yesterday and set it up today. The setup was very easy and smooth! After connecting all the devices, I tested the speed (at http://speedtest.fido.ca/en.html) several times and always found it below 50 mbps. As a remedy, I unplugged the modem and re-connected it after 2 minutes but still the same issue.

 

Any suggestion for me please?

Hey,

It's a known provisioning issue. Fido need to fix to routing so that you can get the correct speed. They're currently working on the issue. Call and ask for a month of free service for the inconvenience.
