Hi, I had recently upgraded my phone online and upon receiving the phone and attempting the upgrade SIM card it says it is invalid. Afterwards I had reached out to Fido Support and they told me the SIM card they send would not work in my phone so they shipped out a new one. Today while trying to activate the new SIM online the same message pops up telling me the number is incorrect. Both old and new sim numbers I checked over multiple times. What is the issue?

We would need to take a closer look at your account to get to the bottom of this. Usually the change can be done online on Fido.ca and that is what we always suggest. Alternatively, you can always head to a nearby Fido store for assistance too. They would be able to see if there is anything physically wrong with the SIM and test it out.
