I am still unable to redeem my Spotify Premium Account through Fido.
I have been a premium Spotify User for over a year - and I would like to redeem the 2 year free plan that came with my new phone.
I have tried every instruction that has been given to me.
I have deleted the app off my phone.
Yesterday I cancelled my Spotify Premium account as well, in an attempt to fix the issue.
Last night a FIDO rep was trying to help, and signed into my account and was also unsuccessful.
Would it be possible for someone to help me this? I have spent hours trying to fix this and I do not want to sign up for another Spotify account after having years of playlists saved.
