Share a concern form not working


I am trying to use "Share a  concern" from on the Fido website but this form is not working at all. I treid using the Chrome, IE, Firefox and Edge and the same issue is ther. Nothing happend after I clik to submit my info.


Is there another way to contact the management team?

Thanks for reaching out!


To share a concern on, you must click on the link HERE


Click on either "Customer" or "Not Yet a Customer" to get the correct form. 


Make sure all the fields are correctly filled out, select a "Preferred Contact Time" and indicate the preferred method of contact. Select if you have a pin enabled on your account or not, and click SEND. 


It might take a 1-2 minutes to go through. If after a few minutes, a new page doesn't load, I would invite you to clear the cache files from your web browser & delete the cookies. Once that's done, close the web browser & start it over.

I provided all required info, all fields are correctly filled. Tried clearing the cache  and deleted the cookies, and again tried using different browsers. The problem remains, and nothing happens when I click on Submit button (there is no error message neither).
