Need help setting up voice to text voicemail - Android
My visual voice mail (voice to text) has not worked for a year. Despite 5 calls for help, it still does not work.
I needed to speak with a technician for setup assistance, however the last agent did not seem willing to find a solution. When I told him I will reluctantly switch to another carrier, he calmly explained porting and told me the
the carrier will handle the port. No offer of technical help, no effort to save a long-term customer.
I prefer to stay with Fido; however voice to text is a very important feature.

That's definitely not how we want our customers to be treated, and wouldn't want to see you go.
What exactly is going on with your voicemail-to-text?
