Seared shrimp with vegetables 8 medium large shrimp peeled 600g frozen vegetable 1 chopped onion 2 garlic cloves 3 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon grinded gingerroot 1/2 tablespoon salt 1/2 tablespoon pepper
Heat up the wok with cooking oil, gently cook tht onion, ginger and garlic. Add shrimp, still frozen, and until half cooked. Add vegetable until the shrimp is cooked. Add lemon juice, soy sauce then season with salt and pepper to taste.
