“Searching”.... service down?!!!

Is the service in Edmonton down?  I can’t even make a call, and the top of my phone just shows “searching” for the carrier.  Down for 90 mins now, and I can’t even call Fido.... fix this please!!!!!!

Are you still having difficulty connecting to the network? If yes, does rebooting your phone help?

Is this happening everywhere or only in a specific location?
