Does anyone had a problem exchanging their phone 2 days after the purchase? Same colour, same model / type?

Can you give us a little more details about this? Did you order your device online or over the phone? Our phones are all sold with a satisfaction guarantee which last 15 days from the original date of the order. Keep in mind that the return has to be processed at the original point of purchase.

 

Can you let us know why you're looking to exchange your phone?
