Samsung galaxy note 4

I recently upgraded from a Nokia lumia to Samsung note 4. I work from home in my basement and I get no service. My previous Nokia phone I did get service in my basement. What's the issue with samsung? If its suppose to be a better phone why can't I get service in my basement

Under network mode I don't see any option to change to 2G or 3G. I only have LTE/GSM/HSPA. I have tried changing to GSM only/ HSPA ONLY....LTE/GSM/HSPA AUTO connect...gsm/HSPA auto connect. I tried all the options on my phone.

Based on what you explained, it seems that the signal issue happens mostly when you are in your basement.

Due to many possible factors, reception is not guaranteed indoors.

To make sure that it's not an issue with you sim card, I can invite you to insert your sim into a diferent Fide device ans see if you have the same result.

Have you tried to reboot your device to see if you might get a better signal?

Yes I tried rebooting and I also changed the network mode to gsm/hspa only. Also got a new sim card still no service.

Simply to confirm, are you able to get sginal while you are on 2G/3G ?
