Samsung device overheating

we purchase the phones at a fido store in a mall from the boxes themselves!!!  yes we went back to same store, go figure sales person, who sold us the phones wasnt there. So here we are left with a hot phone too hot which i take battery out to cool it down. Samsung told us that it was refurbished !!!! We were dumbfounded and told them we bought them at Fido they said someone changed the screens well i can guarantee it wasnt US...

Exchanges need to be done at the same store you got the phone from originally. It doesn't need to be with the same representative. Are you still within your satisfaction guarantee?
