I upgraded to an S7 and was passing on my S6 to my girlfriend, she is on the Koodo network.
Called Fido twice with IMEI number got same unlock code, simply does not work. Is it possible Fido does not have the correct code? I have googled this to death very frustrated. What can I do?
It writes Unsuccessful and the asks for Master Unlock Code, I did not enter code again. The phone functions with internet it's not frozen. I have been reading that some but not all even the same models of Samsung have a 2nd code or unfreeze code that would work. They don't unlock with the 1 code that's why so many inquiries online about phones that don't unlock. Can you help me is there another unlock type of number? I called and triple checked everything.
