I switched my phone service from koodo to fido on 30th november and got a galaxy s6 edge on a smart plan and at that time i paid $350 for the phone but now price for the phone has been dropped to $250 on fido.
Can i claim $100 back?

This would fall under the 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer 15-day satisfaction guarantee to return the phone (or exchange it with another model) if you are not satisfied with the phone model recently purchased,
If the price of the phone has dropped during the 15-Day Guarantee period, we can lower the cost of the phone for you, to match the new price. (Even if more then 30 minutes of talk-time was used)
If you're outside of this warranty period though, we can't lower the price.

As i told you i got the phone on November 30th and its 20 days now.
I dont know when exactly fido lowered the price.
So can you please check it for me.

Allow me to clarify: It's only possible to lower the cost of the phone if you're within the 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you're outside of the 15-Day warranty now, the price of phone can't be lowered.
