Same Plan new phone can't get Spotify?

Hi I have a pulse plan and I just upgraded my phone had it on my old phone but I can't log on to my account on the new phone. I logged off of the old phone and now I can't log on eiter one. I visited Fidohub.ca but all I have is the icon to download the app and nothing else. I don't know what else to try?

What happens when you try to login with your username and password created?

it brings me to my account with a Premium trail and none of my saved music.

So basically, it brings you back to your Premium account but your saved music isn't there?

no it brings me to a Trial so only for 7 days. Its like its a new account it's a Free Subscription with none of my music
