WOW what can i say went to the fido outlet they cant help to change my plan

WOW called the phone center they wont answer my calls on both *611 and 18884813436

WOW went to fido.ca and can not change my plan on the website ether what the heck fido you offer a deal you have to honor it these tactics are sneaky and distasteful not what I expect from my phone provider

Hello. That’s unfortunate your having a tough time getting through.  Just try and be patient. Fido appreciates your loyalty and just know they will answer you asap
