I've been a Fido customer for about a year. I switched to Fido because I wanted the spotify premium. Unfortunately, from day 1, it did not work. I've been in contact with Fido and with Spotify and they both keep ringing me around saying its the other one's fault.
If I do not get spotify premium working today, I will drop Fido.
Solve this problem.

Premium has not worked since day 1. I have the app, the free version. Yes I've completed the set up steps multiple times. Eventually, I was given an old Fido demo account from a manager at my local Fido because even she agreed that this is ridiculous.
