SPOTIFY FOR CURRENT MEMBERS RENEWING CONTRACT

HI there, I renewed my plan today, i have Fido Pulse Plus35 and I want to know if I have the 6 months free for Spotify I had Spotify Premium in the past but I created a new account , and when I'm trying to get the code at Fidohub and it only says "Get spotify app"

Welcome to the Community! 

 

All of our newer Pulse plans comes with the free discover Spotify Premium option. It is not compatible with Spotify subscriptions that have used the Premium features in the past, as it's meant as an offer for you to first try out and experience these features for the first time. 

 

If you are using a new subscription, with a new username that has never had the Premium features, you should be eligible for the 6 months free offer. Have you tried uninstalling the App first and then going through the instructions here

I tried deleting the app but I keep getting this message- Offer expires June 27 " Get Spotify App" , is there something else I can do? Is my old Spotify account still linked to Fido?
