SIM Card Error

I unlocked my phone and was using it overseas with a different carrier/SIM card. I've returned to Canada, but my original SIM was lost. I went to a FIDO store today, purchased a new one and the clerk set it up in my phone. She told me it would work within 30 - 60 minutes. However, its been 7 hours and still not working?

I know that on my phone, turning it on /off sometimes solves some issues. Maybe you could try this ?
