So I have a Note 5 from Rogers which worked perfectly fine until mid September. The issue I am having is the exact same problem S6/S6edge users are experiencing. Problems like calls being dropped, recieving multiple SMS at once, and unstable LTE connections. Since Fido doesnt carry Note 5, I was told to talk to Rogers. They gave me 2 different stories like how Note 5 are having similar problems to the S6 and the fix update will be released soon from Nov 16th to 30th. Well today (November 30th, 2015) I contacted Rogers to see if there is a ETA on the update. The rep now tells me there is no known issue with the Note 5.
Now I am pretty much stuck without support for my issue as Fido can't help me fix a phone they do not carry and Rogers claims that the Note 5 is working fine. Anyone have a fix for this?
