Hi, I have been a loyal fido customer for nearly ad long as the company existed. I have recently tried to get onto the customer retention/care department to look at upgrading my new phone. I called the customer service number and when i asked for the other department i was told that he was from the retention department. And all he was concerned with was changing
my plan and selling me a new phone. I am seriously considering taking my businesses elsewhere because in the last almost 18 years fido has not given me anything. And now they want to put me on a new plan in order to get a new phone. If i have to change my plan i will be going to a different provider.

dude, this is Canada. carriers dont give you anything for free.

All phone subsidies come with agreements, the available plans can vary depending on which phone you're interested in. That being said, we definitely wouldn't want to see you leave! I'll send you a PM so we can take a closer look at your account together. Smiley
