Hi, how can i reset my access code for voicemail?

@joeychuramoi You can reset the password by logging into MY ACCOUNT on Fido.ca or alternatively, you can use our self-serve menu by dialling 6-1-1 from your Fido phone or by dialling 1-888-481-3436 from any other phone:

• Press "1" to use the self-serve menu.
• Press "3" to access the services menu.
• Press "2" to change your Voice Messaging access code.
• Follow the instructions to create a new Voice Messaging access code.

Thanks for reaching out . 

You can reset your access code  through fido.ca!  All you have to do is log in to your account and click on Services, then scroll all the way down and you'll have an option to Update your Voicemail Password and voila!

Ive already done it and still cant access my voicemail. Is Fido having difficulty right now?

Hey joeychuramoi!

You may need to reboot your phone after resetting your voicemail PIN before trying to call to access your voicemail. 

Could you give that a try?
