Technical Issue with Fido to Fido customers only - (Vancouver, BC)
I was speaking with my friend (Fido Customer) just about 5 minutes ago (Blackberry User) and myself (Iphone 5 User), our call was always being dropped or not able to connect with her once I dialed back her number. It stated that the "network is busy".
Troubleshooting: Reboot my Iphone 5, did not resolve issue, able to call other other carriers
Are you still unable to call her? If you can call any other Fido number, the issue might be on her end. You/she may have been in a location where the signal didn't pick up well, causing the call to drop. If it's still not working, I would suggest that you contact customer service from a phone other than your Fido phone in order to troubleshoot.
