I would really like to see a "report a payment" option with customer service (billing). At times when payment is made a day or 2 late, it would be an asset to inform billing the payment has been made so no further action needs to be taken. Other companies do this and is quite helpful

You can report a payment by dialing 611 from your Fido phone and selecting option 1, followed by option 2.
You can also conntect with the credit operations department via our Chat service.
