I'm really unimpressed that there seems to be no where to remove value packs or add ons such as device protection when logged into my online account. Of course today the online support chat is offline and when I phone *611, right after it says "in a moment we'll connect you" it ends the call.
So, how to I actually connect with someone to get device protection (that I never agreed to in the first place) taken off my account?
@M_Ni Value packs and the device protection can only be removed by a Fido rep. The last I heard Fido was undergoing a system maintenance for a couple of days. If the system is back up and running a moderator here can help you with your request.
