Remove iPhone Value Pack

Hi,

I have the iPhone Value Pack as an add-on but I want to remove it. I've tried calling *234 but I can't find the option to remove it.

Any help would be great thanks!

It's not possible to remove the Value Pack using the self-serve options.
*234 would be to make a payment so it's normal that it doesn't help you remove the value pack. You can dial *611 to talk to a representative or you can message Fido on Facebook or Twitter .
