Reimbursement after cancelling plan

I cancelled my plan because I was leaving Canada and so on my last invoice, it said $-16. How do I get the $16 transferred from my Fido account to my bank account?

Hi @marion5 & welcome to the Community!

 

If your final balance is a credit balance, it will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the address that we have on file. If your last payment was made by credit card, we can also place a request to have it refunded to the card instead.

I do not have an address in Canada anymore so I would need it to be refunded through my credit card. How do we set up the request for the refund?
