I switched my phone bill to prepaid and when I left Fido for another provider, Fido still charged me for the next month even though I was not with them anymore. This was back in Feb 2018. I received a bill in the mail that told me I have a negative balance of $90.40 (the cost of my phone plan) but there was no cheque included for a refund and the money was not deposited back into my bank account. I've called in twice before already. It's been a few months... I am still waiting for my refund.
Why have I still not received my money back?

This kind of refund should have been automated and a cheque would have been sent out to the address we have on file. This can take up to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation but shouldn't be much longer than that.
