I look a new fido mobile and gave a referral phone. When I contacted last month it was already 3 months and I was told ,i can expect it in the bill next month.
I called on Sunday(Feb 11,2017) and I was told it will be done in 24 hours.
Now 48 hours have passed and I cannot still find the credit.
If I call the Fido the hold times are horribly long and they speak out all kind of lies.
Can you look and advise.
Thank you
@psingh16 It is possible the agent did not apply the referral accurate it happened to me before, a moderator here can look at your account and get the credit applied to your account. To speed it up you can send a message to FidoSolutions or you can message Fido on FaceBook or Twitter.
I have filled out the required info.
Hopefully it gets resolved by tomorrow.
I am expecting Fido will open there notes and resolve it ,hopefully by tomorrow.
Does Fido have no tracking built for the inbound calls.

Hello Psingh16,
Welcome to the community!
Just to clarify, did you also get a new Fido account? Were you aware that: To be eligible for the program, the referrer must have been an active customer with a Fido postpaid or prepaid plan for 15 days?
Did you wait the 15 days before giving your referral?
Cheers
Referrer is more than 3 years old and I am with Fido for 3-4 months now
Hi there @psingh16
Thanks for reaching out about this
I'll send you a PM so we can take a closer look at your Fido account together!
If something's missing, I'll be sure to fix that today!

Hello again,
Ah, you're not the referrer; I understand better now.
Has the referrer remained an active Fido customer in good standing? If so, you might consider sending a moderator a PM or contacting Fido via Twitter or Facebook or customer service. They'll need to verify your information before accessing your account details.
Hope this helps
**edit** You may already be aware, but you should note that it's a one-time referral credit and not a recurring discount**
Cheers
