I have referred a friend and its been already 3 months, however I have not received referal bonus.
When should it be pay out?
Do I need to contact customer to get the bonus pay?
And how it will pay out? Invoice credit?

@Paul13 it would usually appear on your 4th invoice if it does not show up then I would contact customer service.

I've tried referral before, it does at times seems like Fido forgot about it.
The thing to know it may be 4 to 5 billing cycles before the referral reward is added to your account.
The best thing to do is after your friend joined Fido, within 2 weeks, call a rep and ask for the status of the referral or how many pending referrals you have. once you confirm it is in the Fido system you can rest easy the referral application is complete.
I have the same problem, I still have 2 referal bonus not showing up for arounds 6 months already.
Should I still wait? for how long?

That's definitely unusual! The Refer a Friend Program offers the credit after 90 days of continuous service from both lines. It will usually appear on the 3rd or 4th bill after the referral.
Do you know if this number you referred or that referred you is still active?
Yes, they are my friend, they are still using Fido.
