Refer a friend - credit not received

I referred my wife from Koodo to Fido and was told that not only would I receive a $25 credit but so would my wife's account (total $50 credit).  I just received the $25 credit attached to my number but my wife didn't receive hers.

Hey @gcrmt

 

The refer a friend promotional credit should be applied on both numbers after a period of 90 days of continuous service.

If you have different accounts and the billing cycle is different dates then hers would probably show up on her next billing cycle.
