Refer a friend - credit not received

Hi Fido,

 

My name is Priyanka and I have been using this fido number from June 2015.I was referd by my husband. At the end of 90 days of using Fido services, I was told that 25$ will be credited to my account as well as my husband's account. At the end of 90th day, it is credited to my husband's (the one who referred me) account but not in my account.

 

Please clarify!

You and your husband have diffrent account or one account with both lines on it? 

 

If you have seperate accounts then it could be that your credit will be applied on your next bill.
