I wouldnt be able to refer a friend online as I used to be.

It shows I am not eligible ? but U have done it so many times already!

Please fix the problem, thanks!

There are few things that might prevent you from taking advanatage of the refer a friend program: 

1- You've already reached the referral limit for the month (5)

2- You have a late payment on your account

3- The person you are attempting to refer has already activated their services with us

If none of the above apply, let me know and we'll take a look at your account together
