Tried numerous times to transfer airtime redeeming Fido $. After transfering $20. and hitting confirm the first message is:
'The specified string is not in the form required for e-mail address.' Another attempt we'll get: 'There is no Row at position O.' Still no luck.
Any ideas how to redeem Fido dollars for airtime????
I am having the exact same problem as the above user.
I have $23.93 of Fido Dollars. I wish to use them to buy $20 of prepaid time.
The total comes to $22.79 (in Quebec).
I get the message:
"The specified string is not in the form required for an email address."
and then the message:
"There is no row at position 0"
Shouldn't this problem with the system have been fixed by now ?? It's been three months since the problem has been reported by the above user !!
This is rather inconvenient, since it's late at night and I cannot do this via the phone system, since there are no live reps at this hour.
Please ask the Fido IT or web site department to fix the problem !!!
Have the sam problem with "email" and "position 0" message. Why hasn't this been fixed? And why does Fido make it so hard to redeem Fido dollars? Whenever I want to use a credit card, no problem. But you have to really dig Fido dollars on site. Not even a quick phone refill option (only choices are voucher or credit card for refill).
Cell phone companies in Canada are such a joke. This is why I will *never* get a plan here and stick with prepaid.
was told I should sign up for the $ to be on my account every time I add $ I did no credit was applied to my account and I was told when ever I get to certin limit I want I can add to air time or new phone I dont know how this works thanks
