I understand if I upgrade my phone on the My Account, and I want to redeem my FidoDollars, I cannot do it online. I've read a few posts that say I have to call in to ask an agent to apply them. So how is this done? Will they apply them and then I log in and finish the order?
If I cannot do it online and have the FidoDollars applied, and I have to call in and finish the transaction by phone, will I still have to pay the $25 fee?
