I called on Dec. 25th to get the 10GB for $60/mo promotion. I waited for the next cycle for the changes to appear on my account, but i was charged $100 for DATA usage, when i only used 3.52GB when my old plan was 6GB. Clearly this is a glitch on Fido's part. Has anyone else have this experience?
Breakdown from my bill:
My previous plan was 6GB and I used 3:52GB which is checked as "included"on the right side of my bill, however, underneat it states I used 10.89MB of data and a charge of $100 is on the right side of the column. umm what?
