How to unlock your device

Hi. I have a sumsung s4 . I got a unlock code but as u told I tried to do that . I inserted my card in my device however, I don't know where I have to enter this code. Please help me out

@Sejalben You have to use a different SIM car and not the Fido SIM, when you turn the phone on you will get the option to unlock the phone.
