Use it to top hot curries, rice, BBQ chicken, or as a dip:
Make time: 30 seconds to 2 minutes - Just mix and serve
250ml natural yoghurt
½ cucumber, grated or finely chopped (If you grate, squeeze out extra water)
Optional - as per taste:
Handful mint leaves, chopped (very good for health )
1 green chili, de-seeded and finely chopped
¼ capsicum, (green, orange, red – as you like) de-seeded and finely chopped
½ tomato, de-seeded and finely chopped
½ Onion, finely chopped
Pinch of salt or pinch of ground pepper
Use as a dipRaita with salad or chicken
