Ever since I recieved my new iphone 6 plus, 2 months ago, I have been recieving having to pay over data usage, but Apple is saying that they can't provide me anything to show data overusage and saying its a carrier problem. But when I call fido, nothing.
I dont want to spend the extra $300 for data that I didn't use or want to use.

Welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately, the smarter smartphones get, the more unintentional data they use. Many apps use data in the background, constantly synchronising and keeping your phone updated. Convenient, yes. But they can devour data rather quickly. There are many threads on here (and the internet) regarding data usage management. To start you off, I will refer you here.

The amount of MB used each day is listed on your bill, so you can see the amount of Data used during the month.
