Question about account balance

It says my balance is 80.75$, however scrolling down it says $198.24  under the view bill interface, Is all I owe whatever my account balance is nad the 198.24 just showing my old bill before it was processed? It is confusing.

On your last billing cycle, did you make a payment after your due date? 
If yes, that would explain why you are seeing different amounts, the invoice was already generated when you paid.
