I have two plans - both own my phone - and when i try to change my plans online fido website will not give me the option to choose 10GB for $60. Is there any other way to change my plans? I have been online & dropped, and on the phone & dropped for 2 days.
I am trying to change my plan to 10gb promo plan online since no phone call is possible through call center at the moment. However, once i can select the plans, i have no option for the promo plan which has 5gb data. Any thought?

I'm on a Fido Standard Plan, (paying $60 dollars a month) and I'm more than half way into my term
my current plan is very similar to the promo plan
I tried to switch online to the 10 gig promo plan but got a warning that I have to pay a plan downgrade fee or plan change fee?
Does this sound right?
