Hey all!
While this thread is pretty old, I figured that I should still provide the steps to follow once an unlocking is processed for an iPhone.
To complete your iPhone’s unlocking, you’ll need to restore it through iTunes. I’d suggest that you backup and sync your phone before restoring it. To do so:
1. Connect your iPhone to your computer.
2. Select your iPhone in the left pane in iTunes. In the Summary tab, click the Restore iPhone button.
3. Click Restore again to confirm that you want to restore your device to factory settings.
4. When the restore is complete, set-up your iPhone on your device directly and sync it again with iTunes to get your data back.
If you have a non-Fido SIM card with you, instead of following the above instructions, insert the SIM in the phone and follow the on-screen instructions.
Cheers!

Hi there DawnMM,
The code was supposed to be given to you verbally over the phone once you paid the 50$ unlock fee.
iPhone unlocks don't use an unlock code. The unlock should have been performed by the Fido rep while the customer was still on the phone with them.
