Hi there, I am having problems activating spotify premium for a customer. It doesn't let me link to a spotify account. I have tried calling customer care with no luck.
Are you doing the activation with WiFi off?
Yes, it goes straight to downloading Spotify but does not let me link/log in to my spotify account (skips it all together)

Just to make sure, you've gone to Fidohub.ca and followed all the steps? And once you get to downloading the app you're not able to link an account?
